What’s the Process?


We’ll send you a questionnaire to find out more about you and what you need. We’ll follow that up with a phone call, coffee meeting or skype to make sure we’re clear on what you’re looking to gain from your site.



We believe the design phase is the most important part and like to spend time on it, mostly because we think it’s vital to get the look, feel and flow of your site right.



It’s then time to build your site. This is the technical phase, where the design will become code. We’ll need all your content and images at this point of the process.


Final checks

Because all our sites are mobile-friendly this stage is really important. You get to check that you’re happy with everything, but we’ll also do bug checks on all major devices to make sure your site looks beautiful everywhere.


Go Live

The most exciting time. You get to share your site with all your networks. You’re live!



We’ll teach you how to use your site. You will be able to update content and images and even add new pages or write a blog. You will also get access to videos that will step you through making changes so if you forget after our training you can refer back.


Ongoing Support

We’re not going anywhere. We offer two management packages (regular/complex sites), but even if you want to manage the site yourself we’re still here and able to help you. If you can’t work out how to do something, or you want to make more substantial changes in the future, just get in touch.

How long will it take?

Once we start working on your site it usually takes 4-6 weeks to build. This varies depending on how complex your site is and if you have everything ready to go (content being provided by clients is often the biggest hold up on sites being finished in time). We tend to be booked out 2 months in advance, but this will give you time to collect all the bits and pieces you’ll need to provied

How much will it cost?

The cost will vary depending on what sort of site you’re looking for. The cost can vary anywhere from $2,000 for a one-page brochure site up to $20,000 for a complex site.

Most custom designed basic small business websites will cost between $3,500-$5,000. Which includes custom design, building, hosting, SSL certificate, domain name, and I add a bonus of 3 months of maintaining the back end of your site for FREE.

If you want more features, like complex forms, online bookings, membership etc, you’ll be looking at spending more money. To get the clearest picture of what price range you’re looking out, come and fill in our quote form and we’ll get back to you with how much you’ll be looking at.
